• 30 Day Return Policy- Unused Products Only
• We want to ensure that you enjoy our products and fun with them. But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, EnergizeLab will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt.
• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the products you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

How to operate?

Before returning your product for warranty or refund, please contact us at info@energizelab.com To process your request, we may require the following information from you:

• Your name
• Your address and telephone number
• Your receipt or proof you’re your purchase
• The date of purchase

We will provide you with relevant instructions after receiving your email. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and you shall consider all risk of loss or damage to the product while transiting. Your money will be refunded to the original payment method. Kindly notice that the original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Our warranty and return policy only covers the purchase made on our website and from the Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign. If you purchased a EnergizeLab product from an authorized distributor and would like to return the product, please contact the original seller directly.
